PSL scores & community terms

What is a PSL score?

PSL is a community facial-appearance scale from 1 to 8. Our test pairs an AttractiveNet overall score with four geometry-based dimensions: Harmony, Dimorphism, Angularity and Symmetry.

What is a Chadlite vs a High Tier Normie (HTN)?

Both are community tier names. In the seven-band example on our scale page, HTN is 5–6 and Chadlite / Stacylite is 6–6.5. Chadlite is usually described as the more model-like band. Other communities use different cutoffs; these are not universal standards.

What is True Adam / True Eve?

True Adam / True Eve represents the theoretical 7.75–8.0 ceiling of the PSL scale — mythical aesthetic perfection combining flawless facial harmony, peak angularity, and ideal dimorphism.

Why do different PSL tests give different scores?

Sites may use different photos, models, reference windows, weights and tier boundaries. A 6 here is not guaranteed to mean a 6 elsewhere. Our formulas and mapping version are inspectable so you can understand what was calculated.

Measurements & your action plan

How are facial harmony and angularity measured?

Our Harmony group combines FWHR, eye spacing, eye–mouth distance and a mid-to-lower facial ratio. Angularity includes two projected jaw angles and both canthal tilts. These measurements provide high-precision 2D geometric readings based on facial landmarks.

Does this test use all four community categories?

AttractiveNet supplies the overall PSL score. Your photo is area-resampled to 350 × 350 RGB pixels and scored locally in your browser. MediaPipe measures the original photo geometry for Harmony, Dimorphism, Angularity and Symmetry.

How is my personal action plan created?

Valid measurements pass through the same frozen, weighted feature curves as the four scores. Stable negative contributions determine priorities; a directional styling suggestion is selected only when the point range identifies the same nearby positive segment. The overview shows up to two distinct priorities, while the plan groups supported actions by hair, grooming, frames and photography.

What do the green segments on my measurement cards mean?

The green bar highlights the community golden aesthetic range. The vertical marker shows your photo measurement, and the thin spread indicates minor lighting or pose variations.

Why does my measurement show a sensitivity range?

The angle range models 2-pixel placement variation at each eye corner plus the iris-reference-line variation. Smaller eyes in the working image produce a wider range. A range crossing 0° calls for checking the points; it does not establish a level angle.

Can I improve my PSL score without surgery (softmaxxing)?

Yes. Softmaxxing focuses on non-invasive, high-impact improvements: optimizing body fat percentage to reveal jawline definition, choosing hairstyles that balance face width-to-height ratio (FWHR), shaping eyebrows to frame the eye area, and mastering lighting in photography.

Why is a score or a highlight unavailable?

The overall score comes from AttractiveNet. Complete four-dimension scores require all 16 valid geometric readings. If part of the face is cropped or a reading is unavailable, the overall score and other observable measurements remain visible. Use a whole-face photo to complete the four dimensions.

Using the test & protecting your photos

Is the PSL score test free? Do I need an account?

Face analysis, photo comparisons, your personal plan and the online report are available without login or checkout. Optional AI styling requires separate confirmation before generation.

Which photo gives the best measurement?

Use your own clear frontal photo, both eyes visible, even light and a relaxed, closed mouth. JPEG, PNG and WebP are supported up to 10 MB; the shortest side must be at least 400 pixels. Avoid filters, tilted poses and wide-angle close-ups.

How do I start an analysis?

Upload a clear frontal photo. Measurements and available scores appear automatically in your workspace.

Where are my photos stored?

Measurement photos stay in this browser tab. Optional AI styling sends your photo to fal.ai only after confirmation and Generate. Refreshing clears local history, not provider-held images.

Can I compare two photos?

Yes. Open Compare after the first analysis and add another photo of yourself. A failed upload preserves the first result. Use consistent lighting, expression and distance for a clearer comparison.
